Crewing

Morska Agencja Gdynia Sp. z o.o. - over 30 years of experience in supplying Polish well qualified officers and ratings of all ranks to foreign ship owners / managers.

We are registered as "Employment Agency" for Polish citizens working abroad - certificate no. 850.

In July 1997 we successfully passed certification audit with Det Norske Veritas and since  then we have been working under the Quality Management System that now is based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 standard.

We hold in our computer database over 16.000 personal files of seafarers of all ranks. All our seafarers are fully certified in accordance with STCW 95 Convention.

We arrange about 1500 individual contracts of employment annually with reputable Danish, German, British, Irish, French, Greek and American ship owners / managers.

Repair teams / flying squads of fitters and welders to carry out repair works on board of the vessel are also available.
